The meeting will be held in conjunction with the Vital Signs EMS Conference, https://www.vitalsignsconference.com. Lodging information is provided on the conference website as is the registration process to attend the conference itself. Due to legal restrictions New York cannot offer free admission arbitrary, but anyone interested in attending the conference and is willing to assist in either scanning “in and out” presentation attendees or has interest in speaking; will be able to attend free of charge. Sponsor Rate: $1,500. Includes 2 tables in vendor area, electricity, 15 minute presentation time to address registrants on the agenda, sponsor signage, listing on website, and 2 conference registrations

Vendor Rate: $500. Includes 1 table in vendor area, electricity, vendor signage, listing on website, and 1 conference registration

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be provided in writing.

Written cancellations can be emailed to info@nasemso.org. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. NASEMSO headquarters will provide you a cancellation number to confirm receipt of your cancellation.

We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the NASEMSO meeting, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Identify the person attending in your place and provide complete contact information.

If you must cancel, please do so in writing by September 30, 2023. NASEMSO will provide a full refund. We regret that we cannot refund any fees as of October 1, 2023 because we must submit complete commitments for facilities, materials and meals.

If we do not hear from you by September 30, 2023, we assume that you will participate based on your registration and will incur costs on your behalf.

Reservation Deadline.  This rate is available until September 15, 2023, or until the NASEMSO room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. All hotel reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Lodge will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of the aforementioned methods. Individual room reservation cancellations will be accepted by the lodge from the cut-off date (Sept. 15, 2023) until 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Individual room reservation cancellations received 6 days or less prior to arrival date will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax. No shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the daily rate of the reservation for the entire reserved stay.

The NASEMSO Annual Meeting is especially designed for the maximum benefit of its primary members who are key personnel in state offices of EMS. It is also an ideal venue for federal, association, and business partners whose mission relates to emergency medical services, specialty systems of care (trauma, stroke, STEMI, overdose), disaster preparedness and related matters.

The NASEMSO Medical Directors Council will hold its mid-year meeting, in person, on January 25, 2023, at the Marriott Water Street in Tampa, Florida. The meeting will take place during the NAEMSP Annual Meeting, on Wednesday, 12:30 PM- 5:30 PM, as an affiliate event with a separate registration and fee. NASEMSO Annual Meeting June 19-23, 2022

NASEMSO is excited to resume convening in-person for the Annual Meeting in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina, June 19-23, 2022.  The heightened learning and camaraderie that result from meeting face-to-face have been sorely missed during the pandemic and will be welcomed by members and other attendees. (Note: there will not be an option to attend the meeting remotely.) The NASEMSO Annual Meeting is especially designed for the maximum benefit of its primary members who are key personnel in state offices of EMS. It is also an ideal venue for federal, association, and business partners whose mission relates to emergency medical services, specialty systems of care (trauma, stroke, STEMI, overdose), disaster preparedness and related matters.

NASEMSO will conform to facility, local and state COVID requirements. Unless one or more of these authorities change current mandates, masking is optional, and proof of vaccination is not required. Persons concerned about infection should use an at-home rapid antigen self-test kit or public testing facility.

NASEMSO Medical Directors Council Mid-Year Meeting

November 5, 2021

NASEMSO Medical Directors Council (MDC) will hold its mid-year meeting, in-person, January 12, 2022, from 12:30-5:00 PM PST in San Diego, in conjunction with the NAEMSP meeting. The meeting registration fee is $90 for members, $100 for non-members, and $45 for EMS fellows, who wish to attend.

NASEMSO looked into the future with a free all member event the week of October 12-16, 2020.

Festivities began on the evening of October 12 with a social offering titled “We Are Family!” and included a rousing EMS Trivia game and prizes!

Six sessions were provided during the week at staggered intervals.

NASEMSO Annual Meeting 2021

Sept. 9, 2021 – The NASEMSO Board of Directors made a difficult decision to cancel the Annual Meeting scheduled for November 14-18, 2021. The unabating pandemic, the workload the pandemic has placed on many state EMS offices, and state/federal travel restrictions have severely affected likely turnout.

We will focus our energies on planning the NASEMSO Annual Meeting in June of 2022 which will include a celebration of the 40th Anniversary of NASEMSO.  Please mark your calendars and look forward to gathering in-person in 2022 and 2023.
