Overview

With funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the National Association of State EMS Officials brought industry partners and experts in the field of interstate compacts together to develop model legislation for states’ consideration and enactment. The Recognition of EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact (“REPLICA”) has reached the minimum threshold of states who have enacted legislation and is now working on By Laws and Rules
