Overview

NASEMSO provides a structured support system tailored specifically to state EMS officials’ needs. Formed in 1980 by pioneering state EMS directors with adolescent EMS systems, NASEMSO has grown into a multifaceted non-profit association benefitting many domains, to include state EMS medical directors; EMS for Children State Partnership grantees; patient care reporting system managers; trauma system managers; officials with primary responsibility for licensure of EMS personnel; staff with health preparedness duties; and other state EMS officials.
