Mid-Year Meeting – 2026


The Medical Directors Council Mid-Year Meeting will take place on January 28, 2026 during the National Association of EMS Physicians (NAEMSP) Annual Meeting at the Tampa Marriott Water Street, Tampa, Florida. 


While held in conjunction with the NAEMSP Annual Meeting, the MDC Mid-Year Meeting will be an affiliate event with a separate registration and fee.

  • NASEMSO members: $125
  • Non-members: $145
    •  EMS fellows: $50
Registration includes morning coffee and afternoon refreshments and dessert.
