Overview
Dates: October 26–27, 2026
Description: Join state EMS colleagues from across the East Region for two days of collaboration, peer exchange, and shared learning.
The meeting will feature state updates, NASEMSO project discussions, Council activities, and opportunities to work
together on regional priorities and issues affecting state EMS systems.

Airport: Portland International Jetport (PWM)
Arrival & Departure: Please plan to arrive in Portland the evening of October 25—The meeting concludes at 5:00 PM on October 27
Hotel: The Westin Portland Harborview, Portland, Maine
Room Block: The room block is closed, however, as of October 5th, the hotel is still honoring the GSA group rate of $199 per night, but attendees must contact the hotel directly:
