NASEMSO 2007 Annual Meeting

About the Annual Meeting:

The NASEMSO Annual Meeting generally occurs in October, and the site rotates throughout the country. The NASEMSO Annual Meeting purpose is to address current issues and trends in emergency medical services systems. Programs are conducted in a variety of formats to maximize information exchange and dialogue with state EMS officials on current EMS issues. Exhibits of advanced equipment, technology, and services are part of the meeting.

Who Should Attend:

Members of NASEMSO; federal officials with a role in emergency medical services; and EMS suppliers.

  • Meeting attendees can register on-line through the link below, or by phone at 612-370-1234.
  • The NASEMSO 2007 Annual Meeting hotel booking page is: http://minneapolis.hyatt.com/groupbooking/msprm10na2007
  • The rate is $159 single/double. The hotel will honor this rate until Oct. 4, 2007, OR until the NASEMSO room block sells out, whichever occurs first.

Our headquarters hotel, the Hyatt Regency, is now sold out beginning Thursday, Nov. 1. Below are alternate options for accommodations.  Of course, if your attendance plans have you departing on or before Nov. 1, we encourage you to take advantage of the block of rooms we have reserved at a $159 rate, 612-370-1234.

If your attendance plans change and you have a reservation at the Hyatt:  before you cancel, please let us know – we have several members who would prefer to stay in the headquarters hotel. E-mail Sue Denston at Denston@nasemso.org. We will assume responsibility for canceling it if it is not needed.

Alternate Options:
If you are unable to secure accommodations at the Hyatt Regency at Nicollet Mall, you may wish to contact the following hotels, located in close proximity to the Hyatt. Please note that NASEMSO is not holding a room block at any of these properties. Hotel room rates fluxuate daily and therefore the rates cited below are approximate.

Looking Back at the 2006 Annual Meeting

The NASEMSO 2006 Annual Meeting took place Oct. 1-6, 2006, at the Civic Center and Embassy Suites Hotel, Charleston, West Virginia.
